In order to increase the competence of all of its staff and evaluation consultants in assessment principles and management, the Independent Evaluation Unit has developed a comprehensive evaluation training.

This training aims to provide all staff with the information and abilities needed to participate in or manage evaluations. The training consists of three modules, and is available on the UNIDO website and the intranet.

The e-learning modules include readings and interactive exercises that stimulate application of concepts to the job.
